Product Care

Preserve the Beauty. Enjoy It for Years.

Premium outdoor furniture is designed for outdoor environments, but regular care helps maintain its appearance, comfort, and performance.

Javell Living Group uses materials selected for outdoor applications, including Grade A Indonesian Teak, powder-coated aluminium, outdoor rope, all-weather wicker, Textilene® mesh, and performance fabrics.

Teak & Natural Wood Care

Teak naturally contains protective oils and is well suited to outdoor use.

Untreated teak gradually changes from its original warm golden-brown colour to an elegant silver-grey tone. This natural weathering is part of teak's character.

For routine maintenance:

  • Clean with a soft cloth or soft brush
  • Use mild soap diluted with water
  • Avoid harsh chemicals
  • Avoid abrasive cleaning products
  • Avoid high-pressure washing

If you prefer to maintain the original colour of teak, use an appropriate teak-care product according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Powder-Coated Aluminium Care

Clean aluminium frames regularly using clean water and a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water.

Avoid abrasive sponges and aggressive chemicals that may damage the finish.

For coastal environments, regular rinsing can help remove salt deposits from the surface.

Outdoor Rope & All-Weather Wicker

Clean regularly with a soft cloth or soft brush, mild soap, and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow the furniture to dry naturally.

Avoid abrasive brushes and strong chemical cleaners.

Textilene® Mesh

Remove dust regularly with a soft brush or cloth. For deeper cleaning, gently clean the affected area using mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry naturally.

Outdoor Fabrics & Cushions

Remove loose dirt before cleaning and spot-clean stains using mild soap and water.

Avoid aggressive scrubbing and strong cleaning chemicals unless recommended for the specific fabric.

Allow cushions to dry completely after rain or cleaning.

During prolonged periods of heavy rain or when furniture is not being used, store cushions in a clean, dry, ventilated area where possible.
